HMV £50 Gift Voucher
This Voucher is equal to the amount of £50 and can be redeemed in any of the HMV stores. The voucher can be used to purchase any product in the current range equal to or less than the value of the voucher. Your voucher will be sent out to you at the same time as your free gift.
Payment Leave
All orange pay monthly customers on 18 and 24 month plans can take payment leave when going home or just traveling aboard. Take leave from your bill payments for up to 6 months, no advance notice required. Call 150 and ask for a 'Temporary Disconnection', terms apply visit orange.co.uk/terms
1. A temporary disconnection allows a customer to disconnect their contract for a period of one to six months.
2. They will not be billed during the time they are disconnected and they will not have use of their handset.
3. The customer does not have to give any advance notice to do this.
4. The period that the customer is disconnected for will be added onto their contract when they call to reconnect. They must then call to reconnect within six months of their disconnection. They will receive a letter four weeks prior to the six month limit, reminding them to reconnect.
5. Customers can only have one temporary disconnection per phone number within a 12 month period (from the reconnection date of the last disconnection)
6. Temporary Disconnections must be between one and six months in duration
7. If the Customer does not call to reconnect within six months, they will automatically be billed for the time remaining on their contract. If they are out of contract they will be billed for their 30 days notice period. They may also lose their phone number.
8. All outstanding balances over 30 days old must be cleared before a temporary disconnection can be set up
9. A Customer cannot set up a temporary disconnection if they have had their contract with us for less than three months
10. The time period that the Customer has been disconnected for will be added to their contract upon reconnection
11. Reconnection cannot be set up automatically - the customer must call to do this
